Yip Premier Real Estate Headquarters is a 3,200 SF adaptive reuse renovation of a historic one-story commercial building located in Columbia’s Cottontown district. The project transforms the existing structure into a modern, high-end office environment designed for flexibility and collaboration. The interior features heated floors throughout and sliding glass partition systems that allow conference rooms to open seamlessly into the main workspace. Finishes include acoustic accent wall panels, refined high-end materials, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms with marble tile and brass fixtures, creating a cohesive and elevated aesthetic throughout the office.
