This project involves the construction of a new 30,000 SF manufacturing facility for WiJo Pouches North America Inc., establishing the company’s first location in North America. The building features a 13,000 SFproduction area designed to support up to seven production lines, complete with a dedicated sanitization airlock and cleanroom access to maintain controlled manufacturing conditions. The facility is equipped with a 2,500-amp electrical service to power specialized equipment and a mechanical system providing 52 tons of air conditioning to ensure proper temperature and air quality within production and mixing areas. Additionally, more than 11,000 SF of warehouse space, along with high-speed roll-up doors, supports efficient material handling, storage, and long-term operational flexibility.
