The Pete Store – Columbia is a 40,150 SF pre-engineered metal building with a 6,845 SF free standing canopy. The service area is 21,380 SF and houses 18 service bays, an interior wash bay and 3 outdoor service bays. The bays are complete with compressed air systems, used and clean oil systems and a 5-ton bridge crane. The 18,770 SF office area includes a service area with a driver's lounge, a parts area with retail space and 5,500 SF of parts storage. The building is fully sprinkled with in-rack sprinklers at the parts storage racking. The 11-acre site includes an underground detention system and detention pond to accommodate the 5-acre concrete paved parking lot.
