The Fitts Company project is a 64,350 SF precast concrete tilt-up building with a 10,350 SF two-story office and 54,000 SF tempered manufacturing and warehouse space. The manufacturing space includes systems for the sign manufacturing portion of the operation including welders, compressed air loops, two paint booths and router tables with silo style dust collector systems.
