Shop Grove Industrial Park consists of three industrial pre-engineered metal buildings. The buildings are 45,000 SF, 60,000 SF and 70,000 SF and are set up to accommodate one or multiple tenants. Grade and dock doors are positioned to provide flexibility in tenanting with access to a large truck court. All three buildings have ESFR fire suppression systems. Completed office spaces consist of a 6,000 SF showroom and office for an event rental company and an 8,000 SF office space for a metal manufacturer and a 6,000 SF office for a window supplier.
