Sandhills Pediatrics – West Columbia is a renovation and expansion project of an existing wood-framed facility, featuring 6,100 SF on the primary floor and a 1,500 SF second-floor addition to create additional office space. The project included exterior upgrades to the front entrance, façade, and canopies, along with the addition of a welcoming front porch and rear patio. Interior enhancements include conventional split mechanical HVAC systems and wood blocking for custom casework throughout, while site improvements included an expanded parking lot supported by a 250-foot retaining wall.
