This project consists of the renovation of an existing building to create a new dental clinic for North Rivers Dental, located in North Charleston, South Carolina. The upgraded facility features new storefront glazing systems, exterior façade enhancements, and roofing improvements, along with fully reconstructed interior spaces including insulated partitions, acoustical and drywall ceilings, custom casework, and LVT flooring throughout. Building systems are comprehensively updated with new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure designed to support specialized dental equipment, including medical gas lines, air and vacuum systems, and coordinated utility connections. Additional improvements include ADA-compliant restrooms, updated parking and site elements, and new signage, resulting in a modern, fully functional dental clinic tailored to patient care and operational efficiency.
