The Newland Road Speculative Building is a multi-tenant pre-engineered metal building designed to accommodate small to mid-sized businesses. The site includes a large truck court with multiple dock and grade door positions serving each tenant. The building features clear-span construction with a 22-foot eave height and is equipped with a fire suppression system. Two suites include speculative office space with light-duty storage mezzanines and flexibility for future expansion. The third suite includes utilities roughed in to allow for efficient build-out of a custom office space.
