This three-story self-storage facility is constructed using pre-assembled light gauge steel on a concrete slab-on-grade and is equipped with a full VRF system to provide climate control throughout the building. The facility includes 614 climate-controlled storage units, supported by high-performance insulation with an R-30 roof and R-19 exterior walls. Additional features include two freight elevators, a business lobby, four restrooms, and dedicated office space for sales and management staff, along with two exterior DuraGlide automatic sliding doors for convenient access.
