The Dockside Logistics project includes 97,000 SF warehouse space complete with a 6,400 SF office upfit. The tilt-up, speculative building was structurally modified to accommodate the logistics company's operations including excavating existing foundations and suspending erected precast panels to add nine dock positions and expand the truck court to cover 2-acres. Two new 3-phase, 480v electric services were brought in to serve the building and fire pump required for the new fire suppression system. In conjunction with Dorchester County, water and sewer extensions and services were brought into the building.
