Cottingham Family Dentistry’s new office on Devine Street is a two-story, 4,400 SF wood-framed building with a brick veneer exterior, renovated from a previously existing commercial structure. The updated facility includes eight treatment rooms, sterilization areas, a lab, staff spaces, and private offices located on the second floor. Renovations feature spray foam insulation for improved efficiency, custom casework and specialty flooring throughout the interior, and a refreshed exterior façade with new architectural roofing, dormers, and updated paint to enhance the building’s overall appearance.
