Before becoming boutique apartments, Claussen's was formerly a bakery, warehouse, and boutique hotel. Through its many transitions and renovation with Cohn Construction, the 21,000 SF building has always maintained itself as a historic fixture in Columbia's Five Points District. The boutique apartments have 29 unique individual units that blend modern finishes with the original historical features of the building. The two-story café style common area is designed to extend the entertainment area of the individual apartments, giving them community-style living.
