The Carolina Industrial Products (CIP) building is a 60,000 SF pre-engineered metal building which serves as the new headquarters of CIP and has a 30,000 SF tenant suite currently serving an elevator parts manufacturer. The CIP suite features 5,700 SF of office upfit and a 7,000 SF shop area which requires unique electrical and exhaust systems for the charging and servicing of industrial batteries. The tenant suite features 1,500 SF of office space and requires unique electrical systems for the tenants’ foreign manufacturing equipment.
