The Arauco Warehouse expansion project is a 101,225 SF pre-engineered metal building with a 32’ clear height. The building required 3 separate fire risers for a dry fire suppression system due to the combustibility of the OSB that is stored. The building is connected to the existing facility via an elevated tunnel section and includes a loading dock. The site improvements include 3-acres of reinforced concrete truck court, loading dock, parking lot and a concrete lined detention pond.
