2717 Devine Street is an 8,630 SF, two-story office building. The front elevation façade was demolished, and a curtain wall glass system was installed. Inside, the interior stairwell was relocated and the first and second floor suites were completely renovated including new mechanical and electrical systems. The second-floor suite received a custom breakroom and golf simulator suite.
