2320 Wayne Street is the renovation of a 1970s CMU block industrial storage building into a multi-suite light industrial facility located in the Elmwood District of downtown Columbia. The renovation features a modern façade with new masonry, storefront systems, and aluminum canopies. Approximately 4,500 SF of office space was completely transformed, featuring exposed steel joist ceilings, glass partitions, an open-concept breakroom, and a light manufacturing suite.
